How can I reset MFA authentication if I don't remember my old phone number or my old card details?

How can I reset Oracle MFA authentication if I don't remember the number I used to create it or have my bank card details? The support person says I absolutely must give them this information, otherwise they can't help me, but I no longer remember this information because my phone and card were stolen.
