Autonomous Sourcing Assistant Processes Only Two Lines per Requisition per Run

I want to share two issues I observed while testing the Autonomous Sourcing Assistant.

Issue 1: Agent Appears to Process Only Two Lines per Requisition per Run

When a requisition has multiple lines under the same item category, all sharing the same policy criteria (template, duration, minimum bids, and maximum amount), the agent should group them into one negotiation.

What I see in practice: the agent processes only two lines from each requisition per scheduled run, and creates a negotiation from those lines. The remaining lines stay in Approved status and are picked up only when the scheduled process runs again. Each subsequent run creates another separate negotiation from the next two lines.
