In Redwood Pages, how do we configure Business Title Values (LOVs) to utilize Positions?

We are implementing HCM, and currently the Business Title values (LOVs) are based on Jobs, how do we enable it to use LOVs from Positions of the employees?

We are not only talking about changes to assignment (ie. When Promote/ Transfer/Change Asg) are utilized, but to entirely use Positions POV in that field (ORA_PER_EMPL_DEFAULT_BUSINESS_TITLE_FROM) -
