Rows that do not contain any values should display “0” instead of blank spaces in TCS

In Total Compensation Statements, we have a requirement to display “0” in rows where no values are available instead of leaving those spaces blank.

Also, is there a way to change the USD to "$" in the Total Compensation Statement.
