USOPTE: Enter Address Manually, can this be hidden?

Hello!

We have enabled USOPTE in PRD. Are we able to hide the "Enter Address Manually" option?

We cannot seem to hide it via Visual Builder Studio (VBS). Is it controlled / visible by a security privilege?

In short, how can we hide this option to force team members to only enter system verified addresses, meaning addresses that are only selectable through address search?

Note: if somebody insists they need to use City Y instead of City Z for a mailing address, we plan to have those requests go to an admin team to be able to manually enter those addresses.
