Enable Enhanced Deliver-to Location LOV is not restricting deliver to location field on RSSP

Summary:

We have enabled Enable Enhanced Deliver-to Location LOV feature on RSSP page which says:

b) Valid Location Suggestions: You will now see only valid locations in the search results. Before this update, you could search and select locations belonging to an inventory organization where the requisitioning BU wasn't the management BU.

Even after enabling this feature, when creating requisition using RSSP page, it is still showing all the location irrespective of the requisition BU assigned as management BU on inventory organisations.

Need help on how we can restrict deliver to location LOV other than using Reference Set.
