Add an Infolet Box of OTBI Report in Invoice Page like seeded infolet using SandBox

Summary:

I am working on a requirement in OTBI where I need to create Infolets on the Invoice page in the front end, similar to the seeded Infolets, using Sandbox.  

 

 

There are two OTBI reports. When we select a number in the first report, it should display the corresponding data from the second OTBI report. I need to achieve this in Sandbox, similar to the screenshot.

This is Possible using Sandbox?
