Restrict Org Chart to Line Manager Hierarchy in Redwood Connections

Summary:

Hi All,

We currently have multiple manager types configured in our system, including:

  • Line Manager
  • ASDM
  • Matrix Manager

As a result, when viewing the Org Chart in the Redwood Connections page, multiple hierarchies are being generated for an employee based on these manager relationships.

Requirement

We would like to:

  • Display only the Line Manager hierarchy in the Org Chart
  • Hide all secondary/custom manager relationships (ASDM, Matrix, etc.)

Questions

  1. Is there any configuration option available to restrict the Org Chart hierarchy to only the Line Manager?
  2. If not configurable, is it possible to achieve this using Visual Builder (VB Studio) customization
