Getting Multiple errors after orders are imported and created.0

Hello Team, for last couple of months we are facing errors while importing the order via OIC (Boundary system (Azure (Orders are in Pipeline or staged via file) → OIC (Callback) → Order Importin Oracle (standard processes)

We recently refresh our Pre- prod with PORD instance still we are getting these errors, none of these errors comes in Live instance not sure what is missing in PRE-PROD.

For e.g. 2500 orders imported, out of those 300-400 are created with an error and with that many stuck in 'Draft' status and many moved to Processing but shows errors at the header level. All are "Bill only" orders, orchestration.
