Seeing a % symbol in our URL

in Eloqua

Hi all!

We've noticed that % symbols in our URLs while working in Eloqua. See example screenshot from the email builder. Anybody else notice this? Is it a new Redwood thing, maybe? I just want to confirm it's not just us and it's correct and not going to carry over to other areas. THANKS!
