Is there an API to update the COA in the Manage Standard Memo Lines page

Summary:

We have received a requirement wherein the users would setup COA for Manage Standard Memo lines page. But the COA administration happens out of EDMCS and can have sometimes a mapping update for one of the COA segments, which in turn also need to reflect in the Memo Lines COA field as well.

Looking for an API to review the values from Fusion and update if the value of COA segment needs to be updated using API.
