Redwood Negotiations Award Notifications to Supplier

When finalizing a negotiation award in Redwood, the pop-up asks the question "Do you want to notify suppliers about award decision?" (see attached screenshot). Is there a way to default this selection to Notify Later for all awards? We do not notify suppliers at this point in the process and having this defaulting to Yes, Notify Now runs a risk of notifying suppliers prematurely if unchanged by the user during the award process.
