"A Person can have only 1 active primary work relationship (PER-1530203)"
Summary:
Worker **** was to be a global transferred for 5/24/2026 from LE1 and then to LE2. However, he was also moving back to LE1 for 5/24 so we cancelled the global transfer work relationship in Redwood UI.
Now when we try to update his assignment, we're receiving the following error:
"A Person can have only 1 active primary work relationship (PER-1530203)"
The cancelled work relationship is not visible anymore in the UI and the assignment record is not in PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_M table. However, upon checking in PER_PERIODS_OF_SERVICE table, worker **** is having two active primary work relationship.
We tried deleting the work relationship using HDL but we’re receiving below error:
