REDWOOD - The termination page does not open after clicking/selecting the employee's name

Summary:

We've noticed that some pages in Redwood are not functioning normally in HCM.

When you click on the name of one of the employees, the page to proceed with the termination does not open. Below is the page where we select the employee and then nothing happens:

The same problem is occurring on the Job Titles page when we click the "add" button on the page below:

Has anyone else experienced a situation like this? In both scenarios, when we click on the name of the employee who will be terminated or on the "Add" button to create a job, the system behaves by slightly shrinking the screen, but it doesn't open the next page to terminate the employee and create a new job.
