New Hierarchy/Security is not getting reflected immediately in Narrative Reporting

if any new hierarchy or dimension level security is implemented in EPM Planning, while opening the reports users can't see the new hierarchy even after refresh DB as well. its reflecting after some time by itself in the report but not immediately. it started happening recently. Is anyone faced the issue, kindly let me know.
