Amazon Punchout ERROR-400 BAD REQUEST

This is happening to only 1 user so far. She goes into Oracle > Procurement > Amazon > Error. She was able to access Amazon a month ago.

We have cleared cache, tried incognito, checked security access, verified not logged in anywhere else, and try a different computer. All received the error.
