Enhancement request to the position creation process, a more streamlined process with fewer steps.

We would like to enhancement the position creation process to make it more streamlined and reduce the number of required steps.

Currently, when creating a position, the user must switch the system session to Arabic and then rename the position again in order to add the Arabic translation. We would like to explore whether this step can be simplified or automated within the same process.
