the FTE field in the person assignment is currently a system‑calculated field, derived automatically according to predefined Oracle rules (see screenshot below).

Our client is asking whether it is possible to decouple this field from the standard calculation logic and configure it in one of the following ways (it would be sufficient to enable either option for our analysis to be considered complete):

a) Is it possible to have the FTE value automatically populated based on the “% part time” field?
