Learners cannot access activities in the enrolled course

Hi All,

We have created the course, offering and activities in our environment, assigned the learners criteria to them. So now, learner can enroll in those courses and automatically gets enrolled in offerings, but they are not able to launch or start the activities. Status is shown as Not Started for the course but employee is not able to access those activities.

Also I have added evaluation for that activity which sequenced after the above activity but both activities are showing evaluation below them.

I have tried updating the profile value for ORA_WLF_JWPLAYER_VERSION as 8/8384 but, this does not work.
