CreateReceiptbatches not allowing to load with saved data

Summary:

We downloaded the template from the instance, logged into the spreadsheet, entered the required data, and saved it to continue later. However, when we reopened the file, it prompted us to sign in again. After signing in, the system asked whether to discard pending changes (Yes/No). We selected No, but the batch-level details were still erased, while the line-level details remained intact.

We would like to retain the batch information as well, so we do not have to re-enter it each time. Since the loading activity is handled by a different team, it is important that all saved information remains accurate and complete for later processing.
