Termination Type Not Editable After Activating Redwood Termination Page

Hello,

After activating the Redwood Termination page, we noticed that the Termination Type field is no longer editable. The field appears grayed out, even though multiple termination types are configured and available in the system.

Current Behavior:

  • Redwood Termination page is enabled.
  • Termination Type field is displayed but disabled (read-only).
  • Users cannot select or change the termination type during the termination process.

Expected Behavior:

  • The Termination Type field should be editable, allowing users to select from the available configured termination types.

Has anyone encountered this issue after enabling the Redwood Termination experience? Are there any additional profile options, privilege requirements, VBS settings, or known limitations that control the editability of the Termination Type field?
