AI Assist for Success Navigator – Release June 3, 2026

On June 3, 2026 from 10:30am – 11:30am UTC / 4-5pm IST we will be deploying the latest AI Assist release for Success Navigator. This release does not require any downtime; however, there may be short intermittent outages during the deployment window.

This latest AI Assist release focuses on the following:

  • Web Search Support in AI Assist: AI Assist can now retrieve information from approved Oracle web sources, including Oracle documentation, blogs, and community content.
  • AI Assist Support Content Integration: AI Assist can now retrieve answers from the Success Navigator FAQs and User Guide.
  • AI-Assisted Roadmap Tag Management: Use AI Assist to add, remove, and review roadmap tags using natural language prompts. AI Assist can also create new custom tags to help organize roadmap features more efficiently.
