Manager are not able to approve hours for terminated employees

Summary:

Once the employee get terminated the line manager is loosing the access to the terminated employee who is a direct report.

So after termination only admin can manage the terminated employee otherwise you need finish all the transactions before termination date hence line manager will have the access.

I understand that this the standard functinality.However, is there any way to allow managers to view and approve timecards for employees who have been terminated during the pay period?
