TIMECARD BEHAVING INCOSISTINTELY WHEN ABSENCE ENTERED ON MONDAY

We have a major timecard issue happening for a single employee. Whenever the employee is trying to request a leave on Monday somehow the monday is getting pushed to time card on the earlier week. Attached all the screenshots required. We have weekly time cards from Monday to Sunday but in this case the prior weeks time card is showing Monday to Monday

If there is no absence on Monday then this working as expected
