Job Set status to be marked as warning

in Order Management

Can you please help with steps to follow when define a Job Set with serial of steps. If one of the steps in Job Set for an ESS job with Bursting ,if the underlying report does not return data it will then this step should be marked as Warning and not Error and overall Job Set status should be Warning and not Error.
