Duplicate Candidate Error thrown in Redwood ORC

Summary:

Hi Team,

We are performing Person Creation Duplicate Check based on Last Name, First Initial, Date of Birth or National ID attributes for the Candidate. But Duplicate Candidate Error is thrown for candidates with same Degree, workplace and country. This is impacting many candidates and their processing. Is there an option to turn of Employment History, Education in this case?
