My sales order is stuck in "Pending Invoice".

My sales order is stuck in "pending invoice" and isn't closing. When I checked, I saw a warning in the "switch fulfillment" section under the "hold" tab. The order quantity, shipped quantity, and invoice amount are different. Could this be the reason for my error, or am I getting this error due to a different issue?
