How to mass assign individual compensation plans and options
Hello,
We're implementing Individual Compensation Plans for our client, so that they can move from excel tracking to Oracle.
However, it would be useful to understand if there's a mass process to assign Individual Compensation Options to employees or an HDL to upload such information.
This would be useful undert two point of views:
- Recover all data that have not been associated on Oracle and be able to reproduce the situation as-is;
- Assign annual spot bonuses etc massively.
Dear experts, would you advise on the matter?
