We have the below requirement; can anyone help me on how to achieve this:

We are migrating the 2000+ supplier from Client legacy system to Oracle Fusion. When we are migrating the user contact with user account enabled, system is generating the username based on configuration (based on email ID, person Number or First name, Last name etc). Now the Business requirement is to keep the username same as of their legacy system which is some number sequence. So, we are migrating the contacts with user account enabled and later using bulk method we will update the username as of legacy application. Till now we have kept all the email notification disabled so that
