How do I get the Next Salary Review Date to pull through when processing a cost of living rise?

Summary:

Currently I create HDL to load the cost of living rise for each grade step within each grade.

I then run the Run Grade Step Progression for each grade ladder and then run the Synchronize Grade Rates process.

This updates the salary correctly, but the Next Salary Review Date that was populated is now blank.

Is there a way to populate this field with the previously populated date?

For example grade step 1 in grade A1 was 25000.

There is a 2% rise starting 01/06/2026 (June 2026)

I load the new figure of 25500 into the grade ladder for this grade step.

An employee on this grade step gets an annual increment in September so their Next Salary Review Date is 01/09/2026
