How can we deactivate pixel tracking (used to get the open rate) for individual contacts ?

It is now becoming a requirement with new regulations , see this note for France:

We'd like to be able to manage an opt-in to get tracked the same way we already can manage opt-in to receive emails.

Is there a way to do this in Responsys? If not, is it planned in the roadmap to adapt to the new regulations?
