Hi everyone,
In HCM Communicate, we noticed that employees with Suspended or Inactive assignments do not receive campaign emails, even if they match the audience criteria.
We would like to know:
- Is this the intended standard behavior? only inactive assignment should be excluded in our customer.
- Is there a way/workaround to include these inactive/suspended assignments in communication deliveries?
- If it's a hardcoded restriction, is there an existing Enhancement Request (ER) to make this optional?
Any insights or documentation on this would be very helpful.
