Has anyone been asked by other HCM/ERP/Supply Chain areas to reverse an employees termination record
Summary:
Has anyone from other HCM/ERP/Supply Chain areas been asked for that employee's termination record to be removed/reversed so they can issue another payment or do whatever it is they need to do because they need that employee back to an active status.
When an employee separates from the company, payroll has processed their final check, etc then HR processes their termination in the system.
Is there another solution not to reverse or touch an employee's termination record?
There is impact to other modules when this happens.
