What are the columns that control decimal precision in Workforce Compensation Data Processed reports

In the Data Processed reports:
Salary Adjustment Posted
Element Entries Posted
Posting Error Summary
there are numeric columns that display before, after, change, and other values.

We have been trying to change the precision of the numeric values from 3 to 2 decimals with no luck. In the Workforce Compensation plans, we have added to every possible column (e.g., Compensation Amount and any "Change" column ) that has a decimal property '2', in Salary Information and Component 1 and 2. The value in the above reports remain 3 decimals.

Does anyone know what columns in the worksheet control the columns in these reports?
