unable to search talent profile

When I search in My client groups > Profiles > talent profile, no employee displays. How to fix this?

I end up searching using this route My client group > hiring > Candidate Search > search by employee name or candidate id. I would also like to be able to search employees via My client group > hiring > Candidate Search >
