We are creating orders from SFDC TO OM TO OSS, where in Oracle Pricing for One Time Charges we have enabled the " Allow Periodic Billing ".

But when the orders are created in OSS , the "Enable Periodic Billing" is not checked and we are not able to enable it again.

We want the orders to get created in OSS with "Enable Periodic Billing" is checked at the Pricing level.
