Is it possible generate the allocation journal batch based on project for single source account
Summary:
As part of the current business process, users maintain or transfer amortization balances within a single account that is associated with multiple projects. Following the transfer, there is a requirement to allocate and split the amount across the respective projects by generating corresponding debit and credit entries for each project.
Example:
Total Amount: 100,000 USD distributed across 20 projects
Project 1: 5,000 USD
Debit: 5,000 USD
Credit: 5,000 USD
Project 2: 5,000 USD
Debit: 5,000 USD
Credit: 5,000 USD
Similar entries would be generated for the remaining projects.
Once the amounts are allocated at the project level, interest calculations are performed for each project using allocation rules.
