Business users are unable to update the Requested Ship Date for orders that are currently on hold.
Business users are unable to update the Requested Ship Date for orders that are currently on hold. When users attempt to modify the requested ship date, the system throws an error.
The same issue occurs when an order is copied from an existing order and users try to change the requested ship date.
We have observed that the sales order lines appear to be overridden. When the Requested Date is updated at the order header level, the change is not cascading down to the order lines as expected.
Could anyone advise on the possible reasons for this behavior? Are there any configurations, orchestration settings, or order line overrides that would prevent the Requested Date from being synchronized from the header to the lines?
