How to know what has been updated on suppliers?

Hello,
We have requirement to send real time updates from Oracle fusion to Apex. I subscribed to ERPadapter for supplier updates. The response from the OIC integration is just supplier number and supplier id. Based on this data, how do I understand what was updated? We need to send data to Apex when there is update on profile, address, site, bank, person and tax.
