The absence report should calculates absence durations based solely on working days.
We have created a report name "Absence Balance Details Report" , which has below columns :
EMPLOYEE NUMBER | EMPLOYEE NAME | LEGISLATION CODE | LEGAL EMPLOYER NAME | ASSIGNMENT STATUS TYPE | DEPARTMENT NAME | USER PERSON TYPE | JOB NAME | ABSENCE TYPE | ABSENCE START DATE | ABSENCE END DATE | DURATION | ABSENCE STATUS |

The "Duration" column is calculating the total leave duration between absence start date and absence end date, and it is same as shown in frontend.
Is there any work around to fetch only the working days absence between the absence start date and absence end date.
Can you please help in resolving this. It would be a great help.
