Agency Hiring – Invitations, Talent, Referrals, and Job Applications Tabs Not Visible

We recently went live with Agency Hiring; however, none of the agents are able to see the relevant options when navigating to:
Agency Portal → Agency Hiring.
We have already updated the EL Expression in HCM Design Studio → Structure → Agency Portal and Agency Hiring, but this has not resolved the issue.
Additionally, I came across suggestions in the community to enable Quick Actions, but I do not see this option available within either the Agency Portal or Agency Hiring.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue or can suggest what might be missing?
