In Quality Inspection results page, data is not retained when moving to next characteristic

In Quality Inspection results page, a particular characteristic data entered is not retained when moving to next characteristic

While entering inspection results, double clicking on the result column of any characteristic takes us to edit mode (like 1,2 and 3 below) and user can enter values . However, the moment cursor moves to some other field, value entered is lost. Is this expected behavior?

I double clicked work order row and started to enter the WO number.

The moment I double clicked next row, this value entered disappeared.
