Unable to see any receipts in the My Receipts section under procurement

Hi,

I have enabled redwood for receipts section. I have created a PO and it is in approved status. However, I am unable to search for any PO in the My Receipts section under procurement. I tried searching with PO name, PR name, Supplier name, also checked for multiple BUs but it is still showing the same. I have assigned advanced procurement requester, buyer and employee role along with the data access of the BUs and inv orgs.

Can someone please help here or suggest what is missing?
