Can the Talent Advisor AI Agent Access Notes from Previous Talent Review Meetings?

Is the Talent Advisor (My Team) AI agent able to query notes entered during previous Talent Review meetings, given that it is embedded within the Prepare Review Content workflow?

We are aware that previous Talent Review ratings carry forward and are visible to managers and facilitators in new meetings, but notes from prior meetings do not. A previous community thread confirmed this is standard behavior in the UI.

However, since the Talent Advisor (My Team) AI agent is embedded within the Prepare Review Content page and is described as pulling from performance evaluations, feedback, and reviewer comments, we are wondering whether the agent would be able to pull notes from prior Talent Review meetings, even if the standard UI does not display them.
