What role is required to run the report in Lease Accounting Folder?

I'm receiving below error when trying to run the report under Lease Accounting Tab > Leases > Generate Lease Transactions and Balances Report

"Exception in Execute Report: Client received SOAP Fault from server : PublicReportService::generateReport failed: user: **** does not have permission to run the report: /Financials/Lease Accounting/Lease Transactions/LeaseTransactions.xdo"
