Support for career site configuration

Hi team,
The customer is asking to replicate the look and feel of a career site implemented by another business partner.
Specifically, they would like to add a background similar to the one shown below.

This represents the first section of the landing page of the external career site.
We understand that, out of the box, we can only configure a single background image via URL.
However, the screenshot suggests a different approach: the top section uses a specific background image, while the remaining part of the page has a white background.

By inspecting the page, it appears that this is not a single background image, but rather a combination of different elements (i.e., an image in the first section and a white background for the rest).
