Redwood Absence plan>Entries and Balances tab>Balance update section and Rate field is not showing

We are evaluating Redwood Absence plan.

We are finding that lot of sections and fields are missing/ not showing in all tabs. All these fields are showing in RUI.

e.g. When we open few existing absence plan > Entries and Balances tab >

(1) Balance update section is not showing. This section have the Adjustment and adjustment reason field.

(2) Rate section heading is showing, but the rate checkbox options are not showing

Any insight?
