Automatically saving of payment run XML files to the SharePoint Drive

Payment XML files are currently purged after 30 days. We would like to explore the possibility of automatically saving a copy of each payment run XML files to a SharePoint drive.

The existing process of transmitting payment files to the bank should remain unchanged. The requirement is to create and save an additional copy of the payment XML file to SharePoint while continuing to send the original file to the bank as part of the standard payment process.
