Not Received confirmation email after form submission

Summary:

I created a form and added a “Send Submitter an Email” step in the processing section to send confirmation emails to users after they submit the form. However, when someone other than the sandbox user fills out the form using their email address, they do not receive the confirmation email.

Additionally, the activity log shows that the confirmation email was successfully sent.

Could you help me understand why this is happening and how to fix it?
