How to configure Service Request Creation Assistant with Chat for creating the Service Request
Hi,
I am trying to learn the AI agents in that I am working on the Service Request Creation Assistant this agent, Basically this is used to create Service request based on provided details by Chat person or customer which is doing the chat with CRM Org. For Raising a issue.
So, I want to configure the that agent with chat. Is any one have any idea about that?
This is For CX Fusion Service.
